Shipping

Items will be produced and shipped as ready, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All orders will be shipped via FedEx. Rates are automatically calculated by Fedex depending on weight. View map of Shipping Times to your location

Backorder Policy

If we are unable to fulfill part of your order, we will indicate the backordered items on the packing slip. We may contact you before shipment to ask for your instructions. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.

Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.

Returns

The return information listed below is for consumer (or "retail") customers only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund.

Please note the following limitations:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
• Any items marked final sale may not be returned.

Please follow the following steps when returning:

1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. Please use your packing slip as the return form with the item(s) you are returning. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
2. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.
3. Send the package to us.
